Rotary encoder 6FX2001-2CF00, incremental encoder 6FX2001-2CF00 with RS 422 (TTL) 5000 I/U synchro flange 6mm shaft Operating voltage 5V Cable outlet universal axial/radial 1m cable with connector Optoelectronic mounted rotary encoders Measuring systems Motion control encoder Incremental encoders with RS 422 (TTL) for SINUMERIK, SIMOTION, SIMATIC, SINAMICS. Motion control encoders are optoelectronic mounted encoders that measure distances, angles of rotation, speeds, or the position of machine axes. Motion control encoders are direct measuring systems that are mounted on shafts, axes, or motors. They can be used in conjunction with numerical and programmable logic controllers, drives, and position displays. The motion control encoders are system-tested, certified components and optimally matched to the following systems: SINUMERIK CNC controllers, SIMOTION motion control systems, SIMATIC programmable logic controllers, and SINAMICS drive systems. Incremental encoders detect relative movements and deliver a defined number of electrical pulses per revolution, which are the measure of the traveled distance or angle. Incremental encoders operate according to the principle of optoelectronic scanning of indexing disks using a transmitted-light method, with a light-emitting diode (LED) as the light source. The light-dark modulation created by a rotating encoder shaft is detected by photoelectric elements. By appropriately arranging the line patterns on the indexing disk connected to the shaft and the fixed aperture, the photoelectric elements deliver two track signals A and B offset by 90° to each other, as well as a reference signal R. The encoder electronics amplify these signals and convert them into different output levels. The incremental encoders with an RS422 (TTL) interface and an operating voltage of 5 V or an operating voltage of 10 V to 30 V are available with a synchro flange or clamping flange. Connection is via an axial flange socket, a radial flange socket, or a 1 m cable with a connector (universal integrated cable outlet for axial and radial output directions). The encoders are available with a resolution of 500-5000 S/R (signals/revolution). SINUMERIK, SIMOTION, SIMATIC, SINAMICS - perfectly coordinated drive components.
