How can we communicate if I have an existing order, what must I do?
Simultaneous communication with the customer concerning the order handling will be permitted through your personal customer account (24 hours daily) eibmarkt.com > LOGIN > "View my orders and order history" > select your order: XXXXXX-XXXXX. There, a dispatch and order history record is installed for every customer and order. You can type a question or answer to an existing order directly in this terminal. Here direct contact and detailed order handling are permitted. Please do not send any e-mails to us but use this terminal to contact us. In this menu you are directly connected with our commercial product handling system. Due to SPAM e-mails can no longer be handled and dealt with.
