Accessory

METRALINE PROTYPE EMI test adapter for EV charging points; test adapter for EV charging points (1-/3-phase, Type 2) for PROFITEST. 1- and 3-phase test adapter with Type 2 connector for testing the effectiveness of protective measures at EV charging points with the Profitest Master. Simulation of fictitiously connected electric vehicles and simulation of current carrying capacity according to IEC 61851-1. Extended CP test probe also for testing charging points with permanently attached charging cables. Vehicle Simulation (CP): Vehicle states A to E are set via rotary switch. Cable Simulation (PP): The various codings for charging cables with 13, 20, 32, and 63 A, as well as ´´no cable connected,´´ can be simulated via rotary switch. Fault Simulation: Simulation of a short circuit between CP and PE via rotary switch. Display of phase voltages via LEDs; depending on the EV charging station, one or three phases can be active. Testing of EV charging stations with permanently connected charging cables using an extended CP test probe. Regarding Vehicle Simulation (CP): According to IEC 61851, states A, B, C, and E can be simulated. The various vehicle states are set via the rotary switch. State A - No vehicle connected; State B - Vehicle connected, but not ready to charge; State C - Vehicle connected and ready to charge, charging area ventilation not required; State E - Fault: Short circuit CP-PE via internal diode. For cable simulation (PP): The various codings for charging cables with 13, 20, 32, and 63 A can be simulated. It is also possible to simulate the ´´no cable´´ state. The simulation of the different charging cables is achieved by switching different resistors between PP and PE using the rotary switch. According to IEC 61851, the following values are possible: 13 A cable - 1.5 kO; 20 A cable - 680 O; 32 A cable - 220 O; 63 A cable - 100 O. 1 x METRALINE PRO-TYPE EM I test adapter; 1 x instruction manual
